| Missions : - Analysis, development and evaluation activities: o Performs technical studies for system maintenance and for technical projects realization according to the applicable norms and standards and respecting the established schedules o Monitors the progress of the various projects for which he is responsible and provides his manager with the status of these projects o Is able to make an accurate and rapid diagnosis of the dysfunction, then find the best way to remedy it – Organization, management and implementation activities: o Defines and carries out the procedures for setting up the installation of systems or software from the test phase until commissioning o Ensures the good performance of the systems o Defines and implements system security o Provides technical support with development and operations teams o Maintains and ensures the continuity of the various products for which he is responsible o Performs the installation, configuration, update, evolution, backup, restoration, planning, supervision, advice and support are the main tasks of system management – Communication, contact, animation or sales activities: o Develops and updates its level of technical expertise following contacts with specialists (office automation, technical relations with suppliers, contact with publishers or publishers' websites) and / or analysis of documents / products – Financial and control activities: o Ensures the internal quality control of the project, compliance with development, documentation and production standards as well as the adequacy of safety / restart procedures o Organizes acceptance tests and production. Can participate in the documentation and training of customer users |
| Profile : – 3rd degree education – Equivalent experience as much as possible in the financial sector – As a technical expert: knowledge of the role of production engineer, management of application, technical and infrastructure environments, ITIL, tools for technical support of applications in production – Technical knowledge: Windows Servers, JAVA Technologies (Websphere AS, Tomcat), WEB Technologies (Apache, PHP), Python and Shell Scripting (Ansible), Powershell, Database (Postgresq, Mysql), Webpshere MQ, Cryptography – Languages: English / French – Transversal skills : o Sense of service, rigor and pugnacity o Sense of customer service o Sense of responsibility and expertise in the technologies for which he is responsible |
