| Context : We are looking for, for one of our clients, an Infrastructure Engineer to complete the Infrastructure Service |

| Missions : - Implement, configure the various infrastructure components in accordance with the urban plan, information systems and architecture in force - Administer infrastructure tools and participate in the implementation of rules of use, in accordance with the norms and standards of the company and in compliance with service contracts - Monitor and analyze the performance of infrastructure components and diagnose the causes of malfunction in order to propose improvement measures or alternatives - Develop and execute systematic test procedures for infrastructure components - Maintain technical mapping and document infrastructure components - Assist the support actions of the other operational teams of the Customer Service Department - Participate in the implementation of the commissioning of new components necessary for the solutions developed by the Projects Department - Participate in the implementation of risk management in infrastructure components by applying the policy and procedures defined by the company - Ensure the coordination of service providers within the framework of specific projects - Report in a structured and periodic manner to the management of the department |
| Profile : – University lrvrl training in computer science or information system (or equivalent) - Very good knowledge of networks (hardware components and associated services) and communicating systems (messaging, Internet gateways, web servers, VOIP) - Very good knowledge of Windows Server environments (MCSE or MCSA certification), Linux, virtualization (VMware) and VDI (Citrix) - Good knowledge of firewall, radius, proxy and reverse proxy security components, antispam gateways, certificate management (CISSP or CISM certification) - Good knowledge of SAN storage and deduplication environments - Good knowledge in backup solutions - Knowledge of the processes and the main repositories of good practices (ITIL) - Languages: French C2, English B2 – Softskills : o Autonomous, responsible and showing commitment o Availability, sense of priorities, organization and planning o Able to communicate clearly and concisely o Curiosity and concern for understanding the environment o Excellent teamwork skills |
